Liezl Tolentino

Liezl Tolentino is a senior human resources leader with almost two decades of experience in employee relations, talent, leadership development, culture building, employee engagement, and organizational transformation. As CPO, Liezl is responsible for developing the overall talent strategy and leading the team to attract, hire, and retain top clinical talent for PT Solutions.

Prior to PT Solutions, Liezl served as the CHRO for Enlivant, where she is focused on elevating the company brand and driving business performance through innovative human resources solutions. Through her strong leadership, Liezl transformed Enlivant into an award-winning workplace, achieving four straight years of “Great Place to Work” certifications as well as becoming the first senior living provider to receive “WELL Health-Safety” certification. During the COVID-19 crisis, Liezl provided instrumental leadership by partnering with operations leaders to minimize turnover and achieve outstanding COVID outcomes.

Liezl’s early career includes progressively senior HR roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, a leading global hospitality company. While at Hyatt, she was a key player in major M&A integration activities, as well as overseeing HR aspects of Hyatt’s IPO.
