Before joining PT Solutions, Matt spent four years with Lindsay Goldberg, focusing on investments in the healthcare services industry, and two years at Moelis & Company in the M&A advisory group. He holds a BSBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
