
Stacie S. Winkler, JD, serves as General Counsel for PT Solutions, providing legal counsel to the Practice, Board of Directors, and executive management team. She assists with business development activities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. She also manages internal and outside legal counsel and the Compliance Department on behalf of PT Solutions.
Before joining PT Solutions, Ms. Winkler worked in various in-house settings, including serving as the Chief Counsel of the Hospital Division of Kindred Healthcare and the Associate General Counsel of The Regional Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee. She was a shareholder at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, a national law firm where she focused her practice in business litigation, representing primarily healthcare clients such as hospitals, physicians, pharmaceutical companies, and other providers in Tennessee and Arkansas state and federal courts. She has also represented clients in employment and labor-related matters. She has appeared before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Winkler earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate at the University of Memphis School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. She has served as Secretary, Vice-Chair, and Chair of the Board of Directors for the Downtown Porter Boys and Girls Club, in addition to serving on the Board of Directors for Gestalt Community School System. She has been honored with such awards as Top 40 Under 40 by the Memphis Business Journal and the President’s Award by the Tennessee Bar Association. She is a member of the American Bar Association and American Health Lawyers Association.
