“I am an Avid cyclist that cycles 25 to a 100 miles at one time. I am also contracted with the Professional Bowling Association. I have undergone 6 knee surgeries over the years, from ACL to knee replacement. Over the years I have had the best surgeons in the world from the legendary Dr. Glen Terry, the exceptional major skillful hands of Dr. Randall Ruark to the world-Renowned Dr. James Andrews. However, the best surgical outcome, which results in mechanical repair, can be wasted without proper rehabilitation that leads to functional recovery. Over the years, I have been to five rehabilitation centers in two different states. Out of the five, PT Solutions stands out above all of them. After my knee replacement, I experienced a rare complication that prevented me from rehabbing my knee for a week. Thanks to Mrs. Vicky Herrin's recommendation, I went to PT Solution and was able to catch up and stay ahead of the schedule. I was impressed with the people at the reception desk, Jena and Lyndsey, who greeted me with an East to West smile on their faces. They were friendly without being familiar. The therapists Lauren and Isaac were highly knowledgeable about my knee replacement and guided me through progressive exercises. They also provided tips to manage my pain. A personalized handout was given to me, which included step-by-step instructions for home exercises. To demonstrate the exercises, they sent videos to my email. Now all of this could not be successfully accomplished without having a competent clinic director in the person of Mr. Louie Bell III. Observing his leadership with the staff is one thing, but I had the privilege of receiving therapy from him. The therapy I experienced from Mr. Bell is unlike anything I have ever experienced before. Without any pain, he assisted me in moving my leg through numerous degrees at once. Usually, therapists who move my leg excessively at once cause severe pain, but Mr. Bell is different. He has a great deal of skill and experience with his hands. As I summarize this, there is no place like this place, anywhere near this place, anywhere around this place, so this must be the place.
