“I have had to go to PT twice before this and had significantly better experiences each time. Cannot speak to other PT Solutions locations, but definitely do not recommend this one. I went to PT here for less than two months and was shuffled between four different PT providers and two different assistants: six different people total. Not only do I feel this negatively impacted my treatment, but the culture is less than professional. One physical therapist in particular loudly vocalizes what should be treated as HIPAA protected information in front of other PT patients and mocked me during two sessions in front of other patients, who laughed. Extremely rude and unprofessional, though she attempts to play off such behavior as a joke. It almost felt like being bullied while trying to work through PT treatment, and I couldn’t make myself go back after the second time, even though I really needed further treatment.”
