“I have been a recurring patient at this PT Solutions facility since it first opened and have always had wonderful experiences with their amazing team. They’ve helped me through everything from Achilles tendinopathy to recovery from lower back surgery. However, during my most recent post-surgery rehab, I made the difficult decision to switch to a different provider. I felt a significant amount of pressure from my therapist and, unfortunately, felt spoken to in a harsh and disrespectful manner when I couldn't perform certain movements due to pain. As a 60-year-old woman, I felt I was being treated like a child rather than a patient in recovery. While I still think highly of the clinic's history, this particular experience was not the supportive environment I needed for my healing.”
