“I have a very long history of back issues and I've had two surgeries already needing another spinal fusion to fuse two more levels. I was referred to PT Solutions by my pain specialist. I have been to many many physical therapy places over the years, but by far this was the one of the best! I came in and met with Puneeth, and I told him that I think I just need some traction and I would feel better since that is what I have had in the past. He kindly asked me to give him a month to work with me. Over the course of that month, I worked with both Michael and Puneeth and they taught me how to deal with pain through stretching and building my inner core to help further stabilize my back. I am better then I was when I started six weeks ago and I have learned how to better manage my spinal issues. These guys are wonderful. They explain what's going on and how to improve it. They are both warm and work with a smile. You can tell they like what they do in helping patients feel better and be better equipped. I would highly recommend PT solutions”
