“I’ve only gone 2 weeks so far, but the commutation has been great as far as explaining how the exercises should eventually help the muscle pain and spasms I have. Even if I walk, bike, and do all types of housework, , certain muscles were not being worked and likely causing miserable pain because the large muscle was overworked. Working the other muscles will take time before I’m pain free. Sam, who has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy has been great with giving me proper exercises which should help. He is attentive to the feedback given him and has made adjustments if the exercise caused too much soreness. So far I’m pleased, but may have more feedback when my training is finished.”
