My son had a sports injury requiring him to undergo knee surgery. After surgery he was required to start physical therapy. Everywhere we called or went to gave us the run around or couldn’t see him for weeks. We called PT solutions and spoke to Jen. Not only was she super helpful but she was able to see my son within two days. The day of the visit Jen made both my son and myself feel very comfortable. She was very informative and even gave us material to take home to work on. All during a pandemic.

Jen manages the PC location like a boss, always multi-tasking, updating records on her mobile computer desk, answering questions, and giving detailed instructions for each exercise. Jen’s positive personality and caring bedside manner creates a warm ambience to help her patients heal. And as a walking lyric library, when she can no longer contain herself, she has a tendency to boldly burst forth in song!
