“From the moment I walked in the door I was shown love. I was greeted with such professionalism and respect from the manager and present staff, I wondered if I was still in GA. My first visit with the PT, Shanice, and her assistant was just as wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Great "bedside manners" and respect. Everyone was so friendly. Unfortunately I have to move on because of the way they are required to do their billing, which is through WellStar hospital. That increases the patient's portion of the bill, I pay too much for insurance to do that. I would not recommend based off of your billing procedures. If they were independent I would recommend all whom I know need PT.”

“On my first session My PT did not communicate with me, the student trainee assistanted me ,my PT did not even come say hello and explain what was my session going to be like for the day ,.when I asked her and shared my feelings she made all excuses , like she was busy ,had to be up at front desk, other patient time ran ovet,all excuses no apology, then went on to assist another patient, I felt like I did not matter”
