“I can’t get my medical records from them. I wrote 10 requests over the course of 30 days and nothing. They didn’t even answer my emails for an entire month. Finally I got a response and a form to fill out which I did, but they’ve gone back to non-response. They are in clear violation of HIPAA. I guess I’ll have to file a complaint to get my own records. There’s no reason for it to come to this. It’s all electronic and should have been in my inbox within days. My therapist was great but god forbid you need something from the back office. I don’t know what’s going on but it’s ridiculous. Can I please just have my records???”
