“Deceptive billing practices, stay far away. My wife went here for foot therapy, she was told the initial eval would be $482 and then another $482 for up to six visits. This was steep but we decided to go ahead. She was then billed $482 PER visit for four visits for a total of $2000. These were 15 minute visits, one of which they tried to pawn her off to a student. When we called the front desk, we were told “oh yes, that can be confusing but we are told to explain it that way.” Now staff and manager say there’s nothing they can do, and hospital billing department (Wellstar Windy Hill) says the same. Be very aware of how you will be treated here and realize this is considered a hospital facility which means they can charge almost $500 for a 15 minute visit.”
