The orthopedic surgeon warned us the recovery would be painstaking and slow. Oh boy, howdy! He wasn’t kidding! From Day 1 of the Physical Therapy journey, Trevor has been patiently supportive and encouraging - even when I’ve felt tearful from the pain and close to defeat. However, week after week, through the typical peaks, valleys and plateaus of the recovery process, Trevor has been there… steadfastly keeping my spirits engaged with his determination to get me through the pain and onto functional use of my shoulder. We still have a long road ahead of us, but I’m hopeful we will eventually get me to where I’m satisfied with my range of motion and strength.
