“Around last September, my doctor wanted me to have physical therapy, and I found PT Solution had great reviews. I made an appointment at this location. However, during my 5 visits, I had 4 different therapists, and they were not professional at all. During one visit, while I was doing the exercises, the therapist played catcher ball with other. The exercises they taught me supposed to post on my Chart, but they rarely did it. When I got my bills for these 5 visits from Wellstar, they charged me as I was having my therapy in a hospital. PT solution is located in a commercial complex in Decatur. When I called Wellstar, they stated that they are a healthcare organization/hospital so that they can charge patient as they are in a hospital setting. I really don't know why they could have that many good reviews. I may be the unlucky one.”
