The Physical Therapist (Sydney), who assisted me, explained the purpose of each exercise, which gave me confidence in the treatment. In addition, Sydney is an amazing Physical Therapist. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to my concerns. She ensured the treatment plan not only addressed pain but also helped me understand my condition. The hands-on treatment and guided exercises made a huge difference. I am now able to use my arm a little better than when I first started with Physical Therapy and will continue with PT Solutions to reach my goal.
