“I picked this location bc this is where my son came for his PT. Since the people have changed it is not the same place. Horrible actually. The front office staff, not good. She didn’t put me on hold and was talking to another patient at the same time. Very unprofessional. I heard the entire conversation. Tacky if you ask me. I couldn’t tell who she was speaking to. The final straw for me was when I received a call and was informed they couldn’t find my doctor who did my surgery. Basically they were unsure if I really had the surgery done. Come to find out they were looking at the wrong location and I received this call the day of my appt. I decided not to return. Did not get a good feeling about my recovery.”
