WORKERS COMPENSATION

Physical therapy costs can make up 50% of comp costs in the first 90 to 120 days of a claim. Experts say physical therapy costs can accumulate quickly because they occur in the acute phase of an injured worker’s recovery. The therapists at PT Solutions are experts in treating work-related injuries. We work closely with case managers and keep them informed of patient progress via notes and phone calls.

LOWER BACK/PELVIS

Your back is an intricate structure of bones, muscles, and other tissues extending from your neck to your pelvis. Some of the most common conditions we treat for the back include sprains, strains, herniated disks, and fractured vertebrae. Once your pain has been addressed, we can address corrective and preventable treatment measures.

The complexity of the shoulder exceeds that of any other joint in the body. Because of this, it’s more susceptible to injuries that reduce strength and mobility. PT Solutions can treat a wide variety of shoulder injuries including: rotator cuff injuries, instability, impingement, dislocation, labral tear, frozen shoulder, bursitis, tendonitis, and post-surgical rehab.

Most hip pain can be treated successful with physical therapy. Common hip problems include bursitis, Piriformis Syndrome, capsulitis, total hip replacement, and degenerative join disease/osteoarthritis.

KNEE

Your knee is one of your largest joints of the body, and it often gets overused. PT Solutions may suggest a set of exercises designed to strengthen and stretch the muscles that support the joint, taking some of the stress off of it. We treat ACL tear/repair, PCL tear/repair, meniscus tear, Chondromalacia/Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome, IT Band Syndrome, and total knee replacement.

ANKLE/FOOT

An area that’s subject to constant stress, your foot and ankle impacts your general health and well-being. We typically treat the following conditions: sprained ankle, fracture, post-bunionectomy, Plantar Fasciitis, neuromas, tendonitis, Achilles Tendon rupture, and more.

The sooner you start physical therapy afer your pain begins, the better. A PT Solutions physical therapist will identify the source of the pain and guide you through manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to fix the dysfunction.
