“I like the staff so far at the Hiram location. I worked with Marley the first day and she had a helper the second day. I believe her name was Ashley. I feel Marley was attentive and understood my needs. One day out of total knee replacement and was excellent changing out my bandage. I did hear that she will be taking a new position in the company. That was disappointing to hear. I felt she gave me excellent feedback and knows what she is doing. I started to only give a 4 because I feel there needs to be more attention giving to the house keeping of the office. They were busy and they do offer water cups to patients and people seemed to leave them wherever they sit. I guess that’s more up to the patients. However someone should take note of it.”
