“I first went to PT Solutions for a pain I was having in one leg, up around my thigh. The pain would keep me awake at night and I struggled to walk up stairs without a railing to hold on to. I saw Dr. Kristen Church and she asked many questions before we got started. She worked with me doing small motions with 3 sets of 10 reps each. All of the exercises were small movements, using a 5 lb weight or a band or just standing and sitting from a chair. Erin, another physical therapist worked with me as well. They were both very nice and seemed truly concerned for my well being. Every week we would progress to more movement without much pain until finally the pain was no longer there. I think I had 13 visits in all. It’s been over a month and I’m still pain free. Kristen has checked on me twice since I was released from PT. I would definitely recommend PT Solutions.”
