“I see this place has great ratings so in the world of PT places I guess this place has to be great with all those great reviews. However, I am going to give an alternative perspective here. My wife is the one that has been going here. We pay $30 as a co-pay, and I am sure the total is a lot more with insurance added on top of that of course. Are you really telling me that my wife (the patient here) that really needs help resolving her pain, should have her PT splitting time with 4 people total? And in that time they had her doing such basic stuff without someone really there helping. How much of a money grab is that? I take that as not caring. That means for a single session where you really need to get a lot out of it to improve, you really only get 15 minutes of their focus. That seams like crap. She went here a handful of times and was not seeing any improvement. In fact it was getting a little worse if anything which is horrible for morale to say the least. She decided to go back to a really good past fitness instructor she had and they worked out a way where they could help. She is already seeing results there. I get you are in the business of making money, and I haven't experienced PT myself, but I can tell from her talking to me about it that I don't know why someone would go here unless I guess this is the only path you have/know to take. But in our case, a really successful and effective fitness instructor turned out to be a lot more effective, more personal, and similar out of pocket cost for us. I am giving 2 stars because I feel guilty giving 1 for some reason, but there was no value. The people were nice and the place is nice she said. If you are reading this and have an issue, give some thought at least to finding a really great fitness instructor that has been in the business a long time that really knows their stuff....you might be surprised.
