Dr. Rachel is fantastic! She takes the time to ask questions and listen to her patients. She’s professional but warm. She will challenge you but she will slow down if that’s what you need. I had constant knee pain for months and she showed me what I could do at home to keep the pain from coming back. Lori is such a nice person! When you walk in the front door, she greets you with a smile. There were a few times Dr. Rachel was working with another patient, Lori would come over and help me. She was always very encouraging. These two ladies make a great team, and made my time at PT Solutions fun! The facility was very clean. Everything I touched was wiped down before it was put away. I highly recommend Dr. Rachel!
