“This location is completely unprofessional. They don’t follow their own policy — PT notes and summaries are supposed to be uploaded to MyChart, and they never did it. They also refused to provide my records or direct me to the correct department. Jay and the management here are less than accommodating, lack urgency, and honestly just don’t care. They were literally trying to close early because their appointments canceled. Lazy and unhelpful is an understatement. I’ve dealt with multiple PT Solutions locations, and the issues are clearly company-wide. Do yourself a favor and choose a place that actually cares about patients.”
