“My experience for the past three months has been overwhelmingly positive. I arrived with a condition in left hip that was stopping my running. Orthopedic surgeon recommended PT. Jessica DePalma was my lead and the manager, and formulated a plan for me. She worked very closely with me to review and adjust plans to my progress. The larger PT team there, of Gabriella, Anna, Alexandra, also standouts/ top notch. They participated in my effort to complete the program. They are all very smart, achieved professionals who care about the patient. Jessica provided the management and directly worked with me. As a serious life long and older runner, getting back my ability to heal and overcome was essential. At the end of my program I was running well, long distances without any pain. Most importantly I finished with the ability taught to me by Jessica DePalma, to maintain my conditioning through use of exercises, a few "tools" and work. They are a great team.
