“The physical therapy itself and therapists are great, but the back office administration, billing, and insurance claim handling is atrocious. I received several pages of bills over a year after treatment had ended. This after I signed a flat rate agreement and was told that I'd pay a flat fee per therapy appointment (which I did). None of the cash payments I made at each appointment were reflected in any of the billing information I received over a year after treatment ended. When I asked why I received balance bills so late (over a year later), the back office tried to blame it on my insurance provider. When I audited the pages of bills that they sent (that were entirely undecipherable as far as line items) it was clear that many insurance claims were submitted to my insurer more than once, and my insurer had processed the claims on a timely basis. I requested detailed billing information *including* the cash payments, and was basically told "sorry, we can't provide that".”

At this point, I have been in PT for almost a year, from pre-surgery to post-surgery and the care and support I've received has been top notch. Riley really listens to the issues I have week over week, tailoring my stretching and exercising both in location and outside PT to support the muscle recovery I need at every phase of my journey. Hu has really ensured I understood the bodily mechanics of my recovery - pushing me when I need to be pushed to ensure that I am moving forward in my recovery. Also, it doesn't help that each of these individuals are funny, smart, and good conversationalists, which always makes the time go quickly. Their location has a sports and gym based focus, which I really needed at the second phase of my recovery. Additionally, they take mentorship for the next generation seriously and make sure that the techs at their locations are learning new skills as they work in support of their future education and careers. General, Carson, and Kyle all improved with the time they worked at the clinic.”
