“I was referred to this facility twice. I reluctantly returned after the first time but was promised a different result. Initially came in for mild knee OA. Was pushed too hard which resulted in a meniscus tear. Returned several months after knee surgery but got the same result. I was instructed to push around for five minutes on a chair. Ended up in emergency for Doppler testing as a result of overworked lower calf muscles causing my leg to swell tremendously. The staff was extremely nice however the therapist need to understand their patients’ limits and know how far to push them. Therapy is supposed to help; not cause more injuries.”
