Each session was a workout, helping to strengthen my pelvic muscles and teaching me to breathe properly as well as properly doing kiegel exercises. My main therapist was Madeline, who I loved working with -- she was awesome. I am pleased to say my incontinence issues are gone, my balance has improved and I am no longer having to get up at night.
