“This is the sixth time I have had a thank you for coming whenever I refuse to go. I showed up the very first day and the 2 girls that were checking people in were doing the best they could, but the other three girls that were just standing around talking and doing nothing really upset me. And then a woman came out from behind. And had a woman that just walked in the door be taken in to be checked in rather than me, who had been standing there for 30 minutes. I did not go after that. And I refused to go because after that, a woman had the audacity to call my phone and tell me, in a voicemail, more or less, that it was my problem, not theirs. And they would really like to see me. Until they learned how to treat people, they will not be getting my services.”
