“I was left to start my exercise with Hallie, but she left me alone and I ended up doing the one exercise 72 times ! This is not good PT but in my estimation. I did NOT feel that I was getting the therapy I was paying for. If this continues, I will complain to her supervisor, and possibly change my co-pay to ZERO. My insurance company is paying a tidy sum and doesn’t need to have the therapists squandering the money this way.”
