“My appointment was scheduled for 7:45am. The door was locked until AFTER my appointment. I had to knock on the door for them to let me in. It felt very unorganized. The PT I met with was very dismissive and made me feel like I didn't know what was going on with my own body. I kept telling her what pain I was feeling and where. She told me she didn't think that I needed to go to PT because my pain isn't as bad as it has been before (mind you, I waited over 4 months to be seen). She and the staff were not helpful at all. Good thing the PT told me she would no longer be working there. I do NOT recommend going here. Find a better PT in the area that will actually help.”
