“The entire staff, including those working at the Desk are always pleasant, and professional. The Therapists are all excellent, they knew my name after the first visit, and always ask how I am doing today, before each therapy session begins. They have made necessary changes to the activity they want me to do that day based on the level of pain or energy I have at that time, which tells me that they care, because they encouraged me to try and see what I can tolerate, and to let them know. They always explain and demonstrate each new activity and wait to see that I am doing it right or if they need to do any modification to meet my specific needs, yet I often leave there knowing "I just had the best workout possible. Now into my 3rd month, I leave feeling better than when I came in. Also I am told I did a "good job today and see you next time." Just those common courtesy are enough to encourage me to push past pain and continue going back for positive results. This facility is very clean, the equipments to work on are neatly arranged, even the Bathroom speaks of the level of excellent care. As a senior citizen who was daily in constant pain, throughout my body, I highly recommend PT Solutions, I am stronger, walking straighter, taking less pain meds, getting more things done, also I am more hopeful that if I will have to live with pain "The Pain" don't have to defeat me. So blessed to do therapy at this facility with its wonderful staff, who take the time to make eye and heart contact.”
