Reviews

“They have the best, most experienced people of any physical therapy group that I have worked with. I have sent friends to them with great results and they get my very highest rating!”
“The physical therapists I've seen have been knowledgeable and willing to work with me. Good people!”
“I have typically gone to see Zack and Cindy in the past year and they have been nothing short of exceptional. I have been to nearly every physical therapist there and they all are great at listening, helpful, and extremely easy to talk to. I have see Chaz when I need accupunture, a different exercise, or just a change to see if there are other thought styles . I have seen Carlos, he is super knowledeable about strength training and has helped me build back muscle. I have seen the whole team and they will make you feel like family if you give them enough time. I have been going for the past year and will continue to go. I was in 9 out of 10 pain when I started and 6 months later I was at 6/10. I had to remember to put in the hard work at home as well, so it is good to ask for atleast one exercise you can do daily at home. I'm almost into the new year and my pain is at a 1 or a 2 now. It has been a long journey and many times I didn't want to go, so feel free to say I need an easier workout today because I'm in alot of pain. I figured I would get the change I needed in a few months but depending on the injury if it is one like mine where then it could take longer. If you stick with it you will get to a point where you feel good enough to see other doctors to find out if the pain is mental or physical. Physical Therapy should be seen as a daily workout and not just a quick fix that you later stop doing. I went 2 times a week, so if you go more than that you may see results quicker. My favorite part about going 2 times a week is I gave myself enough time to try to implement my PT exercises at home.”
