“While the care I received during my initial visit was great and Candice did a great job, I attempted to cancel an appointment multiple times, on multiple days, and various times of day, and their phone line goes directly to voicemail. I have not received any kind of call back whatsoever. There is no other way that I’ve found to cancel appointments (their MyChart appointment reminders state that you must call to cancel and, again, their phone line always immediately says they are closed and allows a voicemail to be left). Unfortunately even if I wanted to continue services here, I will not be doing so as this screams red flag and predatory business practice. I hope to hear back from someone here and I believe I’m owed a reasonable explanation as to why their phone line states they are closed even when their hours listed suggest otherwise and why I have yet to receive any kind of communication back re:cancellation or anything else. I’d be happy to update this review after sufficient communication has been provided.”
