“Great first visit! I received clear direction and instructions. Dr. Brittany took her time and explained to me how my neck etc needed to be worked.”

“I am completely new to PT, so maybe my expectations are too high. I am knocking off 2 stars because after my first session I felt like they had knowledgeable people there, but I didn't feel like I left with a plan. They did a very thorough examination and I was shown some exercises here and there, then asked to get up and led to the front desk where I was given nothing, I didn't realize the session was over to be honest, I was just following the person because they said to follow them. They were gone before I realized that I wasn't getting any printouts of the exercises I was to supposed to do or how often, no care plan, so I had no idea of what I needed to do next. The front desk help was very kind and they did tell me what to expect from insurance etc., so no issues there. I am trying to do what I remember them showing me, but had I known they would not give me any printout, I would have taken some notes. Hopefully my second visit will be better, perhaps they just missed something this one time. I will increase the rating if the next visit is more on par with what I would expect. The facility was clean and well equipped as far as I could tell. I do think I will get what I need in the long run, but I suspect I will need to start taking notes.”
