“I was looking forward to physical therapy, my husband had went a few months prior with $0 copay, and when I went they dismissed what I said and wanted to bill hospital rates despite not being in a hospital which is $30 copay! 3xs a week. gave me a bunch of different billing phone numbers and claimed my husband "probably" did not have to pay because he met the yearly out of pocket, that does not have anything to do with "outpatient $0 copays for non hospital services" for someone getting routine care. Looks like they are desperate for money or do not want to service people. They did not even take 2 seconds to look up my husbands account, its not like I was asking for any information, it was for them to look it up themselves, "same insurance policy". Shame on you PT SOLUTIONS, people are in pain and need your help.”

“The team was super nice, very friendly and I had some good strength building experiences. The reason I knocked 1 star off is that while I was on one of the machines I started to experience chest pain and trouble breathing, and when I mentioned it to my therapist nothing was said or done. Unbeknownst to me, a week later I required emergency heart surgery. I would’ve preferred someone pay a little more attention to my health while I was there.”
