“I have been to two other physical therapy establishments. One was terrible and the other just OK, so I didn't have high hopes for this one. I was wrong. PT Solutions in Wayne is different. You are greeted by Jov who takes your payments and gives you a PT schedule that fits your schedule and if it needs to be changed - no problem. She is friendly ... always a smile and professional. The facility is clean. There is plenty of parking. What I really like about it is that they don't crowd in patients. It's usually two at a time. That was very different from my last two experiences. At PT Solutions there is one on one PT. In the beginning of my sessions I had Joe and Andrew. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. They gave me exercises that were challenging at times, but listened and scaled back when they thought I needed a little less. At a certain point, Joe went to another facility and I had Andrew as my PT solely. Andrew really challenged me at times, but my shoulder became stronger and hurt less. He gave me a personalized plan that kept some exercises while adding new ones, so it wasn't boring. When it was time to end my sessions he sent me home with a plan to keep up my exercise routine. Oh, did I say he was nice? He is : ). I would highly recommend PT Solutions in Wayne.”
