“Loved the PT’s, they were very helpful and kind! They do work with multiple clients at once which is typical for places that take insurance. Unfortunately, I was told that my insurance was covering my visits… and they kept pressuring me to schedule more visits to keep my account “current”. I then received a surprise bill for almost $500 in which it would have been cheaper for me to just do “cash pay”. I spoke with the office and billing and all I was offered was a payment plan. Definitely not worth the money unless it is 100% covered by insurance. Otherwise, go somewhere where they give you more time and attention. Also, learned to always double check billing because I had asked multiple times and told it was covered.”
