“!Warning to Avoid! Charges by the minute. Lied about cost. Hound you to book next appointments. The guy working me was a Trainee. - Told me first visit is 75 and 50 each after, even with insurance. I go in, pay, the guy working me is in training and the main person there could have sped up the process. - After I'm done they hounded me in text to comeback but I couldn't afford it yet and sometimes couldn't schedule. -Glad I didn't, because I then saw an itemized bill that included 2, 15 minute activities, 1 physical assistance charge, and 1 exercise charge. - Hey, what's the point of paying 75 when I go in if all those things were extra and why was I not told they would be? That's the issue. They lied to get me in the door and pay the initial 75 dollar um, entrance fee, and then added more later for services you'd expect to happen or explained there would be charges for. I normally don't rant like this but this is gross.”
