“I am a returning, self-referred patient to PT Solutions and chose to come back because of the great experience I had during my first round of therapy. Over the past four weeks, the staff has been consistently professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and I appreciate the welcoming environment they create for their patients. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is due to some apprehension I experienced around the level of supervision during certain exercises. I understand and support the teaching environment, including the involvement of student physical therapists and newer staff members. However, I believe that for some higher-risk movements or exercises that require precise form, more consistent observation or check-ins would be beneficial. During my final session, I felt a pop in my meniscus while performing an exercise, which resulted in swelling and a setback in my progress. After consulting with my orthopedic surgeon, I have decided to pause therapy for now and focus on slower, independent progression while I determine next steps, including whether surgery may be needed. I want to be clear that I am not placing blame, but I do believe additional supervision during certain exercises could help prevent situations like this. Overall, I appreciate the professionalism and care provided by the team, and I remain grateful for the positive experiences I’ve had with this clinic.”
