“I would like to express my dissatisfaction with this establishment, particularly regarding patient rights and the overall patient experience. While the doctor and staff were professional and helpful, the company’s payment policies and billing practices are extremely frustrating and poorly managed. After my treatment was completed, I asked about any outstanding balance and was not given any information. It was only two months later that I discovered I had a balance due. This lack of communication is unacceptable and creates unnecessary inconvenience for patients. Furthermore, I attempted to return to the same location to make a payment, only to be told that payments are not accepted there. This policy is unreasonable and makes the payment process unnecessarily difficult. Overall, the company’s handling of billing and payments shows a lack of consideration for both patients and the hardworking staff who provide quality care. I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience.”
