“UPDATE: even though PT Solutions said they were working on taking care of this billing and money matter, nothing has been done to date and I have not been compensated for their mistakes . Please beware of this company Although they are very nice within the facility I had to leave only one star due to their billing practices. I have never paid more than my copay in 40 years on the same insurance and this included surgeries hospital visits and many other times to physical therapy facilities. I did pay my co-pay each time and after seven visits I received a bill for additional charges and contacted my insurance company and was told that PT Solutions performed procedures that were not authorized on my referral and they needed to request those be added and they would be paid. I had to stop my physical therapy for fear that charges will continue to pile up. I pretty much received the runaround for months and just recently received a final notice to pay which I didn't want to go against my credit so I paid it. I contacted my insurance company again and was told that of course they denied certain charges because they were not listed as authorized on my referral and should not have been performed. That is the only reason my insurance company would deny payment on a claim . This is not my fault nor the insurance fault this is the fault of PT Solutions and they should have compensated me on this bill as it was their mistake. I cannot recommend them especially since they did not take responsibility in this matter”

The therapists give true one‑on‑one care and adjust your plan based on how you’re feeling that day. Skyler Nebil, and Oscar have all been fantastic—skilled, attentive, and great to talk to. Highly recommend for anyone needing physical therapy.”
