“This was my first visit. Cody was very nice, thorough doing all my base measurements and explaining what he was doing. I was surprised at home when I looked at the packet of exercises he assigned to me (19) AND at the number of sets and reps (30 of each!) Seems like a lot of to start with but I give it a try.
