PT Solutions Publication Highlight: Luis Hernandez

A study by PT Solutions Physical Therapy’s Luis Hernandez, PT, DPT, OCS, reporting on the benefit of utilizing manual therapy to the lumbar spine in conjunction with traditional conservative care when treating patients with lower extremity complex regional pain syndrome has been published in Physiotherapy Theory and Practice.

Dr. Hernandez received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Augusta University and his Bachelor of Science degree from Columbus State University. After graduating, Dr. Hernandez completed an 18-month post-graduate mentoring program with a strong emphasis on manual therapy treatment of the cervical and lumbar spine in 2011 and the PT Solutions Orthopaedic Residency Program in 2013. He has been a faculty member for the PT Solutions Orthopaedic Residency Program for more than 5 years and is currently a Regional Vice President.
