“So my son was assigned therapy here and im not seeing how he actually getting the care he needs when he don't really work with one person one the trainers on her phone more than with clients and not actually watching or helping nobody and while I'm talking to my son about how I feel about it which im allowed to have my own opinion since when I did physical therapy elsewhere I worked with an individual whole time to make sure my health was taken care of so when they hear me talking to my son the therapy lady decided to say what I said to someone else then decided to walk around talking shit about it to others awesome so was I right and you got offended or you just being stupid”

“My Appointment was at 4:00pm. I ran into an accident on the way there that moved the GPS arrival time to 4:08pm. Out of generosity I called the office at 3:50 and received no answer, I called back at 3:53 and they answered, I informed them that my GPS stated 4:08pm. She responded, “that’s fine as long as you’re here before the 15 minute mark”. She then proceeds to say actually hold one second let me ask the therapist, she comes back and says “due to you being right at the 15 minute mark, we’re going to ask you to reschedule because of other patients”. My arrival time stated 4:08, it possibly could have been 4:10 when I entered into the office, so I was well within the 15 minute mark. I was driving from North Atlanta, and I was literally minutes away from the office, But they had no empathy. Their excuse was “you’re a new patient and you have to fill out paperwork”. No one informed me when scheduling my appointment to arrive 15 minutes before, actually no one sent me anything regarding the appointment, no reminder, no check in links, nothing. Yes I know filling out paperwork is something that needed to be done for first time patients, but again no one said anything regarding it needing to be done before 4:00pm, no one followed up and did their due diligence. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this, I don’t even want to rebook because it just shows they don’t care about me as a patient.”
