Your loved one will be happy coming here ! 12/19/2024 - I was here today and I worked with Jomara and I really enjoy working with her she’s always so bright and cheerful always asks if I’m feeling okay and she always gives me something new to do which I like even though I may not wanna do it I do it anyways . I wish I could leave a review for each day I come because I want everyone to know how great y’all do your job ! 12/30/2024 - today I had the pleasure of seeing the smiling faces of lily and Kristin the best front desk ladies ! And I also had the pleasure of working with Sean to do my progress note , Sean is a very thorough person and I like that he sees your strengths when doing a process note and knows what you need to work on to pass it on to other therapist. I also got to work with Andrew & I like working with Andrew his conversation are so warming and I see him going further in his career even though he is a helper he’s good with people he is always encouraging and he will give you prompts for achieving your goal and moving up the goal weight . I enjoy talking to him he always has a smile and he is a good listener whether it’s for physical therapy or just need to vent . Pt solutions like my second family and I appreciate that a lot ! 2/24/2025 - it feels good to be back at therapy you problem don’t hear that from most people but , I know when I come here it’s like coming to see family in my opinion today I had the pleasure to work with Tim so proud of him for passing his test ! He was great with the assessment and he was encouraging and gave me compliments on my strengths and talk to me about my goals and I’m super excited to achieve my goals for my right hip ! It was great to see everyone again ! 3/19/2025 I learned one of my favorite therapist is leaving the Norcross location to go to another location I’m bitter sweet about this but , there are a lot of good therapist here but , Mrs . Jomara has been more then a therapist almost like sister and friend she caring and understanding she REALLY listens she cares about her patients she takes her job seriously ! I know she’s gonna do well where ever she goes . Who ever takes her spot has some BIG SHOES to fill /I don’t like change lol but , at least it’s not good bye it’s seen down the road they always come back to visit . I can only say this journey of my life I get to work with some amazing people here at pt solutions and I hope your experience here is just as good for you and your recovery ! 💯3/25/2025 yesterday I was feeling disappointed but Kristen and Seth made me feel so much better ! I’m telling you whom ever reads these reviews you need to come to this location they have the best staff working here I’m living proof they really listen and care ! 5/14/2025 - just to give an update I worked with SETH yesterday always a pleasure working with him and seeing the other therapist and even clients encourage you it’s like we all encourage each other and that’s great it really is . 5/16/2025 - Had the great pleasure to work with CHELSEA today she always has a positive attitude and is always so warm and friendly ! 5/19/2025 - I had the great pleasure of working with Shelby she is so nice listens to you and respects what you say and she reminds me of Jomara who transferred to a different location but , I could always talk to jomara about anything and now I can do that with Seth , Shelby , Andrew , Chelsea everyone is really really nice ! So let’s get those referrals in for pt solutions( in Norcross , Ga ) you won’t be disappointed ! 1/30/2026 I finally graduated! Thank you to everyone ! I will still stop by from time to time !
