“Oh, so many things to say. What a delightful place to do PT. I worked with 3 of the 4 PTs, and they were all wonderful. It’s a fun, lighthearted place to recover from whatever horrors real life has brought on. If you choose to grace this place with your presence at some point along your journey, they will attempt to make you do something called EMOMs. Do not give in, they made them up. 100% not real. Despite their attempts at forcing me to do some “made up” exercises (you know what they are), they helped tremendously. I went from not even being able to put my hair in a ponytail to being able to go about my daily life again. Good group of people there.”
