Squats are great for the entire body. To avoid injury, it is imperative to exhibit proper form. In this video, Body Solutions personal trainer, Kevin Tart, gives us some tips on how to do the perfect squat:

1) Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, with your toes pointed slightly out.
2) Posture is important–head up and shoulders back.
3) Don’t extend your knees past your toes.
4) When you squat, make sure your thighs are parallel to the floor.
