My primary doctor referred me to PT Solutions of Falls Church to treat a nerve injury in my dominant hand. I lost strength and motor control where everyday tasks like buttoning up my shirt and holding a fork handle were challenging. I concluded that I had permanently injured myself and thought PT might help me reduce the symptoms to some extent. Rachel was incredibly knowledgeable about the nerves of the hands and arms. Much of my treatment focused on upper body exercises stimulating nerve regrowth. Rachel knew what she was talking about because I made a full recovery after four months of sessions. I am incredibly grateful to Rachel. I was referred here by my doctor, so in my case, I just got lucky; if you are shopping for PT, I highly recommend going here. All of the staff were very sweet and welcoming.

Since my first call, everyone I interacted with at the Falls Church PT Solutions was helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging. After a serious ankle injury, I needed months of PT to relearn even the basics, which eventually led to me having full ability again. While the medical treatment is of course most important, so much of what got me here was knowing that my therapist was truly on my team every walker/scooter/crutch/foot step of the way. There’s no robots here – but real people who gifted me far more of themselves than just their expertise. And mine, Ryan… he brought me back to life.

I had a great experience at PT Solutions! Jaymee and Rachel are knowledgeable, friendly, and effective. They are so skilled at what they do, especially targeting specific muscles that I needed to work on and demonstrating exercises with the right amount of challenge.
