“Therapist's are qualified and friendly. The facility is very busy and 2 of the 3 sessions I attended, the therapist was juggling multiple patients. This seemed to be the case for most clients on the days I was there. The exercise would be demonstrated, I would do a few reps then be left unattended to complete a cycle. This would be fine for those experienced with PT or the moves, however PT and the "moves" were new to me and form matters. As an out of pocket expense at $65 per hour I expected dedicated or at least mostly dedicated guidance during these initial sessions. I won't return and will pivot to a free virtual PT with my insurance and hire a personal trainer for strength conditioning training at same cost.”
