Frequently Asked Questions

What happens next?

You will receive an email from hronboarding@ptsolutions.com with a link to our Employment Information Form and an Information Release Form. Please fill out this information in its entirety so we can generate your personalized employment transition letter! You will then receive your transition letter and an email initiating your onboarding through our applicant tracking system, Jobvite. Please sign your transition letter and complete the steps indicated in Jobvite to be ready for our first day together. You can refer to the document, “What to Expect During Onboarding” for additional details.
For even more clarity, please take advantage of our one-on-one meeting opportunities over the next few days! We are here to answer questions specific to your situation and concerns.

What will change for us?

We understand change is not easy and PT Solutions has a dedicated Integration Team committed to helping you through all this uncertainty. Your daily tasks and focus on patient care will remain unchanged at this time. PT Solutions will train you on any changes in the coming weeks and you are encouraged to ask questions and communicate ideas to the PTS team.

What about the PTO I’ve already accrued?

Your PTO balance will be addressed per hospital policy. You may choose to allocate any money paid out to essentially pay yourself for currently scheduled time off. PT Solutions can explain in more detail how this works and answer specific questions you may have.

Do I still have a job?

Yes! Everyone will receive an employment transition letter from PT Solutions reflecting your current rate of pay and seniority date. PT Solutions, in partnership with the hospital, is committed to a smooth transition focused on you, the employee. While we hope that PT Solutions’ mission, vision, and values align with your professional standards and personal goals, we understand that you did not (yet)choose to work with PT Solutions and respect your personal decision-making during this time. You will have the opportunity to talk with Integration Team leaders one-on-one to ask any questions and discuss individual concerns, and we do hope you choose to join and thrive in the PTS Family!

Who will be my new boss? What happens to current leadership?

PT Solutions leadership will meet with everyone individually to understand your goals and get to know you. The organizational structure can be explained further at that time. Over the next 30 days, you will have the opportunity to meet the PTS leadership team, who will be working hand in hand with your current leadership team.

I have a vacation scheduled already, will I still be able to take that?

PT Solutions recognizes those days previously requested and will work with employees on how to establish future requests. There is no need to change any plans at this time. Please direct specific questions to the PTS team.

What's Next

Meet SLP Josi Nino

Speech-Language Pathologist Josi Nino joined PT Solutions through a hospital partnership in 2013. With years of clinical experience under her belt, she knew she wanted to pursue an eventual leadership role. Opportunities were scarce at the hospital. After joining PT Solutions, new career pathways opened up that she would have never imagined. Today, Josi leads a team of leaders across the country and has helped develop incentive structures, education, and career development for clinicians across the practice.

Meet Physical Therapist Kevin Duffy

Kevin Duffy, Director of Clinical Operations, joined PT Solutions as a staff physical therapist through a hospital partnership in 2015. While he was uncertain at first, the more he learned, the more familiar and interested he became in joining the team. Today, Kevin leads a team of four states with an enthusiasm for excellent patient care and a commitment to his team’s professional goals.
