Ashley Kelsey, PT, DPT, OCS graduated from the University of Kansas in 2012 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. She also attended Labette Community College in southeast Kansas where she played collegiate softball for 2 years. After completing her Bachelor’s, Ashley went on to graduate from Wichita State University as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016. Shortly after graduating, she began a year-long orthopedic residency and became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist in 2018. After more than 20 years of playing competitive softball, Ashley’s favorite area of the body to treat is the shoulder – anything from returning to pitching or throwing for softball/baseball to reaching over head for everyday tasks.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking with her husband and dog around Clinton Lake in Lawrence as well as spending time with family.
