Bethanie Bayha


Senior Clinic Director

Bethanie joined PT Solutions in December 2021 as a Clinic Director during the partnership of the Real Rehab Sports and Physical Therapy clinic and PT Solutions. She is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and has completed the Gary Gray Applied Functional Science Certification, Functional Movement Screen Level 2 Certification and Certification in Advanced Functional Biomechanics of the Lower Quarter as well as the Executive Program for Practice Management Certification through the Evidence In Motion Institute for Health Professions.

She believes strongly in providing ongoing education during the recovery process in order to encourage injury prevention through self-knowledge and management strategies. She is also interested in the role of nutrition in injury prevention and recovery and designed a class on nutrition for the active adult, which she taught as a continuing education course for physical therapists and athletic trainers. She is a Level I Metabolic Efficiency Testing Specialist and currently oversees a Metabolic Efficiency Testing Program.

Bethanie is a Puget Sound native, having grown up on the Kitsap Peninsula and later attending the University of Puget Sound where she received a BA in Psychology in 1997. She received a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California in 2001. She has a special interest in sport-specific training and ACL-injury reduction and rehab and is a lead member of the Seattle Pediatric Sports Medicine ACL Injury Prevention Task Force.

Outside the clinic, Bethanie spends much of her free time running, cycling, hiking and paddle boarding and, of course, as many moments as possible with her best friend and husband, Joshua. She is also an avid cook and enjoys creating new recipes.
